For more than 40 years, Senior Citizens Housing Committee, Inc. has kept our commitment to provide supportive, affordable housing for senior citizens.  Numerous families have benefited from the tireless efforts of the Committee to provide housing and a wide range of services that add to the quality of life for our residents.

Senior Citizens Housing Committee, Inc.’s projects offer spacious and affordable senior living rental accommodations in apartments designed to provide freedom, privacy and security. In addition, our monthly rentals (income limits apply) provide seniors, age 62 and older, with the flexibility and convenience of being close to shops and services.
